AUTOMATED OFFICE ASSISTANT

The course is offered every weekday (Mon. through Thurs.) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 4 hours a day on Fridays and for 512 clock hours in the period of 80 days.

Course Objective

This course has been designed to prepare students for employment in any office setting.    It prepares students to se computerized office systems applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, office information management, business math. and customer service sales.

Employment Opportunities

The increasing number of small and big business’ demands a never-ending supply of receptionist’s, office secretaries, office clerk’s and computer operators.
